Rooted in family values and years of healthcare education experience, we are committed to compassionate, professional home health care.
From healthcare education to care at home.
Our story began in 2008 with the founding of APLMED Academy, a family-operated healthcare education institution in Colorado. Initially focused on phlebotomy education, the Academy expanded in 2011 to offer Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training.
Years of experience preparing future healthcare professionals inspired our family to take the next step: bringing professional care directly into patients’ homes.
In 2019, we began developing APLMED Home Health Care. In April 2022, APLMED HC became a licensed home health care agency.
APLMED Academy begins with phlebotomy education.
The Academy introduces CNA training.
The idea for APLMED Home Health Care takes shape.
APLMED HC obtains its home health care license.

APLMED HC grew from the shared vision of a husband-and-wife team. Igor Sergeev brings extensive experience in healthcare education and administration. Marina, a Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing, provides clinical leadership.
Together, their backgrounds in education, nursing, and administration shape an approach centered on respect, thoughtful communication, and individualized care.
